Member-In-Training Application Process
Qualifications
- Expressed interest in obstetrics and gynecology
- Has previously attended one (1) annual meeting
Privileges
- Reduced membership dues
- May participate in committees
- May not vote
- May not hold elective office
Nomination and Election
- Submit an application, CV, and (2) letters of recommendation at any time during the year to the administrative office.
- Application materials are forwarded to the membership committee for review.
- The membership committee makes its recommendation to the Council for acceptance of the candidate.
- During the next Council meeting/conference call, approval is given for recommendations made by the membership committee.
- Candidate notifications are distributed following the decision
